Having the Same issue. I have had two codes one with Nissan P1090 and P0089 with the Rac on my Nissan 2009 QQ 1.5.. When Nissan plugged in the P0089 said unknown and P1090 said FPS sensor I tried a used sensor but the code came back on. I'm hoping it's not the pump. Oh and code on the rac come up as fuel pressure regulater performance 1.
1. Removed the plastic engine cover. 2. Removed the fasteners - 1-unclamped the cable, 2-unplugged the grey connector, 3-removed two 8mm bolts, and two 10mm bolts pointed by the arrows. Laid the black metal bracket to a side. 3. Pinched the PCV hose clamp with pliers and pulled the hose off PCV valve.

I have a 2011 Juke 1.5 DCI. I've had it about 3 years now. When I first purchased it I was very happy with it. However, as time has gone on I'm becoming more angry with it. Aside from the plastic dashboard creaks and rattles I am really, really sick of the engine noise! Ok, it's a diesel so I expect some "normal" diesel noise - that's fine but
Signs a Juke is suffering from this problem are, first and foremost, extremely sluggish acceleration. Look for dashboard warning lights, too. If the turbo is inoperative, there is a chance that
My regular mechanic - Peter - and I have been wrestling with how to fix what seems to be a common problem of the 1.5 dCi; effectively over-fuelling which causes engine pinking; loads of black smoke; poor performance; and bad starting when warm. Most people seem to go straight to the EGR and de-coke it, then wonder why there's little improvement

The fuel type of your Nissan Juke will determine both the cost of the injectors themselves and the labour to fit them. Nissan and Renault share their range of engines – for example, if you have the 1.5 dCi diesel engine, you will find that a lot of Renault cars also have this exact same engine fitted.

The 1.5 dci is a pretty rough old lump and is a lot noisier than even the same engine in a Qashqai (we have one of each) My 13 plate Juke with 20,000 miles had a similar roughness on start up - took it back and they replaced the intercooler mounts supposedly and it was better but still pretty rough
