Malmo is much smaller compared to Copenhagen and yes one full day is maybe too much but in my opinion, it is definitely worth a visit unless you have planned what to do with your time in Copenhagen. The region around the "Turning Torso" has some nice modern architecture and the Torso itself is an amazing feat of architecture to look at.But for a weekend, it's a nice start.
