It is possible to delete all the patches. For doing it you must turn off the Internet, delete "Red Dead Redemption 2" and install it again. However, you will not be able to load a save from any other patches, so you will need to start a new playthrough. It is also recommended to not turn on the Internet because the updates will install manually.

The menu will only show about half of the menu with it missing about halfway down split horizontally. It keeps glitching to different amounts showing, sometimes showing the whole menu for a moment then only showing half again. happens occassionally with subtitles too, in both cases the game beneath the menu or subtitles is shown at the parts that have disappeared.
